We want you to love your Dave Matthews Band apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Print Shipping Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
